Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal or email our support team with your order ID and photos of the saree to start your request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the saree remains unwashed, unworn, and has all original tags and blouse pieces attached for a successful verification.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your address within 24 to 48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
